Troubleshooting for unexpected errors in FMI Works

What is it?
The message 'You have received an unexpected error', is a general error message in FMI Works.
A common reason for this message is that a user’s permissions have not been set up correctly. The user has been created, and can log in, but receives the error message in the application.
What to do?
Check with your organisation’s facilities team that your user permissions have been set up correctly. See User Permissions for instructions on how to check and edit permissions. Administrator permissions are required to update permissions.
