[Step 2](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-2?hsLang=en), setting the frequency cycle. 3. [Step 3](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-3?hsLang=en), adding assets. 4. Step 4, adding further details. 5. [Step 5](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-5?hsLang=en), adding documents and reviewing. ### Step 4: Adding further details After completing [Step 3](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-3?hsLang=en), move on to Step 4.
