[Step 1](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-1?hsLang=en), setting up core work order information. 2. [Step 2](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-2?hsLang=en), setting the frequency cycle. 3. [Step 3](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-3?hsLang=en), adding assets. 4. [Step 4](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-4?hsLang=en), adding further details. 5. Step 5, adding documents and reviewing. ### Step 5: Adding documents and reviewing After completing [Step 4](https://help.fmiworks.com/knowledge/how-to-use-the-planned-jobs-wizard-step-4?hsLang=en), move on to Step 5. Step 5 allows you to add standard documents to the Planned Job, which will be sent out with the work order.   ![](https://help.fmiworks.com/hubfs/image-png-Dec-15-2022-04-32-53-5405-AM.png) Select the *Standard Documents* that are needed to be attached to all Planned Jobs generated into the future.  Select *Next* to progress to the next screen. ### Final review The review screen will display what you have set up in steps 1-5 of the Planned Job Wizard. ![](https://help.fmiworks.com/hubfs/image-png-Dec-15-2022-04-35-55-7145-AM.png) #### Options - If incorrect, select *Back* and make the adjustments. - When correct, select *Finish* to save the Planned Job.
