How to Change a Primary Contact

A Primary Contact of a contractor/supplier can update company and employee information and assign work to employees

This article is for FMI Works users who have been given access to the Contractor Portal

What is a Primary Contact?

A Primary Contact has administrator permissions in the FMI Works Contractor Portal that allow them to:

  • Receive quotes and work orders.
  • Assign work to employees.
  • Update company and employee information.

All contractors using FMI Works must have at least one Primary Contact.

How do I change or add a Primary Contact?

The Primary Contact can only be changed by an FMI Works System Administrator. The FMI Works System Administrator will be someone from the organisation assigning work orders to your company. To change or add a Primary Contact please contact this organisation.
