The Delayed status can be enabled to allow contractors to set a work order to Delayed when work previously started is put on hold

What is the Delayed status?
As an organisation, you can choose to allow contractors to set a work order to the status of Delayed.
Setting the work order to Delayed removes it from Work in Progress, providing better visibility on the status of open jobs.
If this option is enabled, the Delayed button is shown on the work order in the Contractor Portal.
How to enable the Delayed status
From the Administrator module, go to Work > Contractor Portal > Customise Portal.
Tick the box for Allow contractors to Delay / Continue WOs.
